The International Therapeutic Standards Authority (ITSA) http://www.therapeuticstandards.org/ are delighted to announce the appointment of David Wilkinson as it's New Chairman as of this date.
David combines a series of attributes the ITSA has been searching for; investigative and therapeutic background, international reach and academic balance. His early career in the UK police service, combined with a wealth of counselling, therapeutic, international business and academic experience was felt to be what the authority was looking for at this stage in it's development.
The current focus of the ITSA is to make online therapeutic and counselling experiences safer for members of the public whilst enhancing the status of the therapeutic professions it represents.
