So if a person types the term  "Beauty Therapist" into a search engine they will get a list of websites or web pages that use the the term "Beauty Therapist" most often. The term "Beauty Therapist" becomes a set of key words or key phrase.

Keyword stuffing is the practice of repeating the target keywords as mant times as possible in an article or in the meta tags to try to influence that sites position in a search engine. Largely an outdated practice now, however people still try to use it to unfairly gain higher positioning with the search engines.
